Refund policy

Due to difficulties with imports, customs, and high shipping costs, returns are not accepted for orders outside of the U.S., do understand this before purchasing.

Please inspect and test your order contents (keyboard finish, PCB functionality) on arrival, prior to building or soldering - returns and exchanges will not be permitted for any used items. If there are any issues, send us an email within 5 days of your package being delivered. Return or exchange requests will not be considered after.

Due to the nature of group buy products, returns are generally not permitted except under defective products or DoA.

In the rare case of a refund for a delivered order, there will be a 3.9% non-refundable transaction fee withheld. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
